Before proceeding to the cave tubing portion of our day we had to stop for lunch. We leave the ruins and drive to a nearby town and pull into a restaurant only to find it closed. It's Good Friday!!! No warries ays David our guide, there are lots of restaurants in this town. Sure enough drive down the street we were greeted with one suttered restaurant after another.

Finally on the side of the road we see basically a shack made out of corrugated steel with two women cooking in a cut in half oil drum. Who likes BBQ!!! We enjoyed a feast of BBQ chicken, rice & beans and a side of rice. They gave a soft tortilla to anyone who asked. The restroom out back was a very scarry looking outhouse. Did I mention that somehow nobody got sick?
