We flew to London a few days before our cruise to check out the sights there
as well as to acclimate to the time difference. Our flight arrived into
london at around 7am and we arrived at our hotel just a little after 9am.
Despite getting almost no sleep on the overnight flight we freshened up
and hit the ground running and started to take in the sights.
Fortunately for us the weather in London was perfect during our entire
visit. Highs were in the 70's but it did get chilly a couple nights.
It was partly cloudy but fortunately we were spared the famous London
rain.
These are mostly pictures of the sites we couldn't spend more time visiting
but happened to be near.

We made a trip to Kensington Park to check out the park, have the baby play
at the very nice playground, have tea at the Orangery and check out the Palace.
The Palace itself was ok. It's most recent claim to fame is it's where
Princess Diana lived at the time of her death. Currently it's mostly
a museum of old royal clothing on the first floor and restored royal rooms
upstairs. It was just ok.
There is a great playground not far from the palace which the baby enjoyed.
After that we just checked out the famous gardens and walked around the park.
