We used several books to plan this trip and many websites. We used both resources extensively after the trip to learn more about the sites we visited.

Books

More info! Best Places Vancouver Great travel book. This is less of a reference than the other books and more of a good read about the location. Good to read before your trip but not as good to carry with you on your trip.	More info! Fodor's Vancouver and British Columbia This is one of the definitive travel resources that's a must for any trip. It contains complete and accurate information about places to stay but the hotels and restaurants tend to be at the upper end.

More info! Frommer's Vancouver & Victoria 2004 Another high quality resource. It's usually a tossup which one is better, this or the Fodor's as they are both very good. This book tends to have great maps.	More info! Lonely Planet Vancouver The Lonely Planet books tends to emphasize attractions "off the beaten path" and will better serve budget travelers. It still is a great resource for everyone.

Web Sites

myWHISTLER.com
	The official site of the town of Whistler, British Columbia, Canada. Features info about accommodations, vacation packages, bookings, snow reports, maps and transportation.
Whistler Blackcomb Ski Resort
	Official site for the mountain resort. Here you find details maps, snow reports, web cams, etc.
Residence Inn Whistler
	The Residence Inn Whistler by Marriott is the hotel we stayed at. It was right on Blackcomb Mountain so it was ski-in ski-out and just a nice hotel.
Vancouver Parks & Recreation
	Website with information about the Vancouver Park and in this case specifically the wonderful Stanley Park.
Vancouver Aquarium
	Official site for the Vancouver Aquarium. This is a must visit site for kids young and old.
City of Vancouver, Municipal Government
	Official site for the city of Vancouver. The Visitors section has some good tourist information as as information about the upcoming 2010 Winter Olympics which will be hosted by Whistler/Vancouver.
