Second day at Snowmass Mountain

This was our second day in the Aspen area and the first on the largest mountain in the area, Snowmass. The weather conditions were not as good. It was mostly cloudy with just a few moments of sunshine poking through. It was also very windy in some places. What disappointed was that few runs were well groomed. It was cooler and downright cold at the top with the wind.

Don let us know that he found a run he thought we would like called Sneaky and sure enough it was great. It was wide, well groomed and just steep enough for our skill level. Most of the rest of the mountain was pretty bumpy in most places. After this day we decided that we needed a lesson to improve our skills especially on the bumpy stuff.
