Wisconsin Deer Park

Among the hundreds of attractions in the Wisconsin Dells one of the few that has stood the test of time is Wisconsin Deer Park. This is an attraction that I remember when I was a kid and now I'm taking my kids there.

It's located right in the middle of the main strip. When you enter through the gift shop you find a small picnic area. Although food isn't allowed in the animal area we were allowed to have a picnic lunch here. The next area has some small pens containing cute cudly animals such as Goats, Three Little Pigs, Lemurs and some others.

After that you enter the main attraction, which is a large open area containing dozens of Deer. The area has paths where the guest are supposed to stay on leaving the vast majority of the area off-limits to humans where the Deer can roam without being bothered. I highly recommed buying the ice cream cones filled with corn and other seeds. The Deer REALLY love those and will go nuts when you approach them with a cone. There are some crackers sold at the ticket counter that the Deer didn't like so much but many of the other animals loved.

In the back of the park were some pens with various other interesting animals but the Deer are the main attraction.

The Dells Auto Museum is no longer in business.  There is now a Hypnosis Show in the building.  It's called Dells Comedy Club - Wild 4 Hypnosis Comedy Show.  They have headlining entertainers from around the country kick off the show and then it's followed by Las Vegas Entertainers Rich and Elizabeth Wylde doing the Wild 4 Hypnosis Comedy Show.  They have both Family and Adult Shows - They do have a website http://www.dellscomedyclub.com

Does anyone know if the Dells Auto Museum and the Wisconsin Deer Park are owned by the same people?  If you have bought ticketsto one, do you get a discount or free admission to the other?
