What happens when you promise your 4 year old that you'll take her to Disney World if she learns to swim by a deadline? She learns to swim of course and we have no choice but to make due on our "carrot" and take her to the house of mouse. Next time we need to make the "carrot" a little smaller.

At the end of the trip she wanted to know when we'll take her again. We told her we'll take her to Disney World when she graduates from college. She seemed fine with that.

We drove the 4 long hours up from Miami Beach and took advantage of the Florida Resident specials. The weather was great but VERY hot. It was mid September so it's very much the off season and there were few lines. This visit was a little longer than our previous visit.

Disney Magic KingdomDisney Magic Kingdom
Our first day was a super hot day at Magic Kingdom. With little kids (ages 2 and 4) it's the best place to start.

Disney Epcot CenterDisney Epcot Center
Another fun filled day. We always thought Magic Kingdom was the most small kid friendly but Epcot is educational fun for the whole family.

Disney-MGM StudiosDisney-MGM Studios
We weren't sure what to expect at MGM Studios since neither of us have ever been there. The map showed some smaller kid friendly activities. But what sold us was that most attractions are indoor and air conditioned.
