Cathedral of Notre Dame

A very old stairmaster.

We took advantage of a break in the weather by visiting the famous Cathedral of Notre Dame. The inside of the cathedral was ok but the highlight is climbing to the top.

We paid our fee and climbed some very long narrow spiral staircases to take in the views from above. The first staircase was ok since it was up-only but the 2nd staircase was a little tricky since there were people trying to get down as we were going up.

The views of the city from above are amazing. It was great to see the beautiful Parisian architecture and of course the Eiffel Tower in the distance. The cute gargoyles were the other highlight.
