PCA Driver Ed event at the Autobahn Country Club near Joliet, IL. Only my third full track day here and finally the weather was nice but brutally hot, high 80's at least. The turnout again wasn't huge so plenty of space and next to no traffic to deal with.

Continuing my goal of sub 3 minute lap times I improved my lap times by about 5 seconds on this day vs. my last time which was 2 years prior. I got my lap times down to the 3:02-3:03 range. Way better than the 3:07s I was doing previously. Next time for sure.

I know I'm leaving time on the track at around corners 4 and 5, I think I can still go a little faster through there. Corner 6 I still struggle with and I'm pretty sure I'm doing it wrong. I could definitely do better at corner 15 which is way faster than it looks.
